How to receive a transcript through online service in Anna University

Transcripts online a new feature in Anna University:

(REQUIRED FOR DOING HIGHER EDUCATION IN FOREIGN UNIVERSITIES )

Anna University Chennai has launched a new facility called I Transcripts.

First of all everyone should know, what is a transcript?

Transcript is nothing but a copy of a student academic records attested by the concern officials . This record will contain each and every detail of the student including the courses taken and the marks or grades scored by them. These transcript are provided by the institution. The main use of transcript is to get admission in new university or institution abroad.

Getting a transcript from an institution will consume a lot of time because process of managing it was fully in physical format. This type of manual practice was affecting the students and the parents went they are in a time limit constrain. So to overcome these kind of difficulty Anna University Chennai has come with the solution to change all the process regarding transcript to digital format. This will reduce the burden of both students as well as the university staffs. The fee for the Transcript can also be paid through online so no need for demand draft DD and no paper work. They have also provided a facility to track the transcript that a student orders. Students can apply for transcript online by clicking here.

How to receive a transcript through online service?

1. To the Transcript website click here to visit the site


2. Create an account by filling the form or login using google account or facebook account or linkedin account


3. Click “ Request transcripts” button


4. A list of certificate names will be provided with the fee details

5. Select the certificate you want.


6. Click make request from the bottom of the page


7. An alert message show some terms and condition regarding the delivery.

Note:  Transcripts & Degree Certificate attestation

• University issues Transcripts based on the academic records of Candidate (refer the Non issuance of individual Mark sheet sample for detail information)


• For Autonomous College Students, Only degree certificate attestation is provided.


• For Transcripts to be send to a personal address, University cover containing the seal & signature over the back flap will note be glued (Open), if to official body Transcripts is shipped in sealed envelope (Closed)


• Candidates whose pursuing the Course, will only receive attestation on the Individual mark sheets as Transcripts

 

8. Now fill the details like your name, collage name and address, register number etc.


9. Candidate can now upload the documents which are needed for attestation


10. After completing click save and continue.


11. Now to can do the payment transaction through net banking or using card


12. Go to dashboard. Now you can view the requests and review status of your request.
